Refunds and Returns

No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Faulty Items Replacement: We strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, we will gladly replace it. Please follow the steps below to process a replacement:

  1. Proof of Fault: Send an email to arsgarms@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email must include:

    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the fault in the product

  2. Approval Process: Our customer service team will review your request and the provided proof. If the item is deemed faulty, we will approve the replacement and provide you with further instructions.

  3. Replacement: Once approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer you a similar item of equal value.

Additional Information

  • Time Frame: Faulty item replacement requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Faulty Items: We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that are not faulty. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: ar garms will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item. However, if the item needs to be returned to us for verification, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
