General Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items
Processing Time for Pre-Orders: Pre-order items have a longer processing time as they are not immediately available in stock. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Separate Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items may be shipped separately to avoid delays. Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple shipments.
